Reyes Holdings Inventory Specialist (FTZ) in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico
Responsibilities

Position Summary:
To ensure inventory traceability activities and inventory control at the center meet the expectations of internal and external customers. Provides support to Operations and Purchasing Department.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Coordinate inventory cycle counts with cycle counter warehouse operator
Review cycle count adjustments and submit products daily adjustments to Finance
Track inventories, keeping inventory controlled, both accounting and physical
Monitor the results of operations optimization and billing
Monitor CRM results
Monitor the behavior of the inventory flow
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory adjustment reports including root cause
Assign locations to new products or reassign location for existing products
Assist CDM and Purchasing to verify the restriction and saleable maintenance on products as needed
In charge for all process and documentation for inventory under FTZ
Review FTZ admission (e-214)
Review withdrawals for export and consumption
Review manipulation, destruction and/or removal
Ensure all FTZ reports are completed weekly, monthly quarterly
Operate and maintain all FTZ documents
Interact with Customs and Border Protection if necessary
Validate FTZ data against actual documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of integration and information
Assist with physical inventories
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of related inventory or warehouse experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fully Bi-Lingual (speaking/writing)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude, and professional demeanor
Ability to be productive working independently or as part of a team
Willing to work any shift and any schedule due to our 24/7 environment
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1-2 years current office experience
Distribution experience
Knowledge in JDE/Oracle
