Responsibilities

Position Summary:
Support the leadership team to develop the organization’s continuous improvement and growth plans by implementing and managing projects in line with key business imperatives and objectives, ensuring continued business improvement and enhancement year over year.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team on special projects of strategic importance, creating and managing cross functional teams to achieve objectives
Develop and implement external benchmarking and comparison measures that support strategies and tactics for business improvement
Develop and Implement reports and provide analysis on key business improvement metrics
Implement strategies and tactics to measure success and benefits of strategic initiatives and business plans post approval to ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Drive initiatives with cross functions and business partner functions to share best practices across the business
Create a culture of innovation while being process driven to support our customer’s and MB strategic plans
Develop initiatives that builds trust with the customer and aims towards improving customer satisfaction
Oversee and manage all aspects of projects. Create project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for communicating progress with project teams, cross functional teams and business stakeholders
Manage project performance, changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate business methods reporting and escalating when appropriate
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or post graduate degree
4+ years of project management experience
Self-motivated and disciplined team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
Strong project management skills, proven ability to develop and implement supply chain & logistics solutions
Aptitude and experience of identifying and managing business risk and issues
Demonstrated track record of leading significant process improvements and managing through change
Broad industry knowledge of best practices
Ability to support after hours work (evenings, weekends, statutory holidays) as needed due to our 24/7 environment
Travel – Up to 30% annually
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
5+ years of related leadership experience
Food distribution experience a plus
Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes – Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
