Responsibilities
Pay Transparency Statement:

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary:
This role will act as a liaison between employees, managers/supervisors, HR, and the Payroll Department to ensure timely processing of daily mail, e-IWO, garnishments, union dues and will assist Payroll Coordinators in processing manual checks.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Process daily mail
Scan and process e-IWO
Assist in data entry of garnishments
Process manual checks and direct deposit reversals as required
Assist in reconciling union dues
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of professional office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hands-on, efficient organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment
Effective problem solving skills with a customer service orientation
Ability to prioritize duties
Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Able to work independently and make sound, timely decisions
Possess excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
Must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Secondary degree in accounting or related field
One year of clerical experience which involved “considerable” performance of mathematical computations
