Position Summary:
The Creative Activation Manager supports the development, delivery, and analysis of market activation programs for assigned brands, channels, key customers, venues and special projects. This position focuses on translating commercial channels, brand, and shopper marketing programs into tools to be executed in-market and in-outlet. The Creative Activation Manager manages agencies and collaborates with the Graphic Design team to deliver strategic marketing tools on time and on budget, in alignment with the broader business strategy, performance targets and look of success.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with internal teams i.e., commercial channel, shopper marketing, marketing activation and external stakeholders including creative agencies and brand partners to develop and deliver marketing and merchandising tools and programs
Serve as subject matter expert for creative marketing and brand visual identity
Oversee all activation elements i.e., custom Point of Sale (POS), coupons etc., ensuring the company’s rights are protected including trademarks and investments while looking out for the best interest of our customers and assets, etc.
Manage agency creative budgets and timelines with a focus on delivering best in class tools on-time, on-budget to enable executional excellence
Generate innovative, creative ideas and solutions that support the translation of brand and shopper marketing plans into impactful market activation
Manage administrative requirements i.e., budgets, stakeholder communication, coupon creation processes, brand and legal approval processes, program/project post analysis review, etc.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a Creative Design related field and 6 plus years of experience in creative marketing or HS Diploma and 9 plus years of experience in creative marketing
Experience in brand strategy and application across channels, including local marketing, shopper messaging techniques and methods of merchandising activation
Experience managing multiple local activation programs and projects simultaneously inclusive of maintaining budgets and post analysis reviews
Experience with experiential marketing, digital marketing, social media, sweepstakes, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
Strong project management and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills, i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Travel up to 5%

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Master’s degree
6 plus years of experience in creative marketing in the consumer goods and/or beverage industry
Experience working with creative agencies to deliver project requirements
Experience with Brand Acumen, i.e., positioning, role, occasions, etc.
