Responsibilities

Position Summary: Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center asneeded
Utilize specialized software to validate storeorders
Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors oromissions
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
Six (6) months experience with data entry
Proven ability to work in ademanding customer service environment handling customer requestsvia phone and/or in person
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to workindependently
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-playerattitudeand professional demeanor
Willing to work any schedule, including weekends, due to our 24/7 environment
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
